MR Forum Fit Club: Exercise can really catch on - pRICE cUBE - 02-15-2016

To encourage fitness goals, share experiences, educate and uplift each other.

If you haven't started yet, you are welcome at anytime.

Starting out doesn't need to be a big step, just take that step.

Got back to my weight before last week's unfortunate trip to the all-you-can-eat chocolate factory tour. Tis an evil place.

Last week: 2 upper body workouts, a few miles biking, a few miles walking.
Next week: 2 upper body workouts, 1 elliptical session,1 stationary bike session.

It makes my back ache just watching that.

I finally got back on my treadmill this past week! I only got about five miles of walking on it but it's a start.

I get to the gym about once a month. Yesterday was my day. It felt great.

I've been keeping up with my exercise schedule and my weight is holding steady. Cycling on cool days with temps in the high 40's/low 50's is not bad if you dress for it.

We've been having less rain lately — I'm really looking forward to spring.

Last week was bad. Candy, cookies and other sweets on the lunch room table every single day and I only got to the gym once. Already have one workout in this week and trying to shoot for at least 4.
