MR Forum Fit Club: Exercise can really catch on - pRICE cUBE - 02-15-2016 To encourage fitness goals, share experiences, educate and uplift each other. Got back to my weight before last week's unfortunate trip to the all-you-can-eat chocolate factory tour. Tis an evil place. Last week: 2 upper body workouts, a few miles biking, a few miles walking. I finally got back on my treadmill this past week! I only got about five miles of walking on it but it's a start. Cycling on cool days with temps in the high 40's/low 50's is not bad if you dress for it. Already have one workout in this week and trying to shoot for at least 4. |
