I'd imaging there are going to be some negligence suites filed and some people being fired. These types of virus' shouldn't spread like that in an environment that has to deal with HIPPA data. I wonder- is it because they didn't take HIPPA or security seriously, or because the low-life hackers were that much better. Even if that's exactly what happened, I don't see how it makes them "the Man", not because of the actions of one careless employee. Now, if their admin password was 1234, Password, or Hooray, then maybe so.
