He is announcing 11a.m. in NYC so you know it will happen coming down the escalator him in front with his orange hair and the VP behind him. Drama….Reality show. And I suppose the whole family trailing behind the VP.

He'll come out on stage and do it like a normal politician would.

The deal for the building was that the lobby area is a public space. He is not allowed to hold political rallies there. It's the same as him commandeering a city park.

I don't have a copy of his schedule.
I believe his last statement/tweet on the matter was "Details to follow."
They can set up a stage/podium almost anywhere.
Most likely, it'll be at a hotel or convention center.
...Perhaps surrounded by people paid to cheer for him like those actors he hired to cheer when he announced that he was running for office.

Brings up the question of just how much the SS can legally determine for either a candidate or sitting President. I suspect a strong enough personality could override their "suggestions", what are they going to do if he goes his own way - detain him, arrest him?
A detention or restraint that goes public might just absorb attention for a long, long media run. No one before this candidate has proven an understanding of or mastery over and ability to manipulate media like has derTrumpenfuhrer. Stunts and personal insults are the meat and potatoes fed to his most ardent followers.
