NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - RgrF - 07-16-2016 I originally submitted this piece to the New York Observer where I am an editor-at-large and a columnist on media and culture. Editorial decided it would no longer accept columns of this nature on this topic. I have the utmost respect for the leadership at the Observer, but I respectfully disagree with that decision. Anyone who would like to republish the piece is welcome to. I expect Ryan will soon be looking for a new editorial hook-up. Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - RgrF - 07-16-2016 Since they don't read anyway? I recently noticed an article, a ten or twenty-year-old interview, with The DON wherein he claimed to have not read a book in the last twenty years, he'd been too busy doing deals, making money and finding ways to rid himself of leeching wives. Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - samintx - 07-16-2016 I can understand why it was rejected….too much reason, too much logic and the Trump clan doesn't read or have have logic. :oldfogette: Best of luck . Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - sekker - 07-16-2016 Great piece. Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - Speedy - 07-16-2016 He pretty much covers a few of Mr. Trump's shortcomings. (rimshot) Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - $tevie - 07-16-2016 Not sure how the man can plead and beg for his father to not vote for Trump, then suggests he vote for a third party candidate or stay home. That's potentially the same thing as voting for Trump. Re: NY Observer editor/columnist gets an op-ed rejected - $tevie - 07-16-2016 ![]() |
