I'm glad I won't be living next to that. My current neighbors built a remarkably large covered area next to a modest sized pool. And they use it once a year. I am letting the small trees grow in near our property line in an attempt to reduce the overwhelming impact of the structure. But, they are very nice people!

Unlesss the guy is working on a restoration project nearby similar to this one, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ambler%27s_Texaco_Gas_Station who knows what he's doing with it. Someone wants it for a business and he is rewiring/checking wiring ? It certainly looks freshly painted.
It would make a interesting driveway light.

on Route 6 a few miles from P-Town still pumping gas ( newer pumps ) a few years ago. Might still be there, but probably replaced with a more modern station now if not a Chipotle's. :RollingEyesSmiley5:
