Frontline's program The Choice recommendation to watch - Lizabeth - 11-06-2016

Late to the game on this one...it aired in late September/early October. Watching it on the PBS website this morning.

A look at both candidates, from start to finish, in a pretty even handed way. Granted, someone on this forum will claim that Frontline/PBS is biased either way, but that's to be expected.

One of my questions: where would Clinton be today if she HAD passed the DC Bar? Or stuck around to take it again?

And I never would have done business with Trupm (spelling taken from a local homemade sign).

I've seen that and I second the recommendation. I like biographies about nearly anyone, and I learned things about both candidates that I hadn't known before.

One thing I didn't know was how unpopular Hillary Clinton was in Arkansas until she acquiesced to becoming a typical Arkansas political wife. That part of her story saddened me; apparently she learned letting people see the real you can be a detriment, an idea which I think has followed her throughout her career.

I even found myself feeling sorry for Donald Trump for having such a rotten father. I think that explains a few things, too.

From that documentary, I learned that Hillary really has been genuinely interested in bettering the public sector for all her life. Trump? Welllllll...

Just watched most of it again tonight, for the third time. Really well done but far too condensed, should have been a two hour show, for each candidate

They could of easily made it into a series with the material available but I thought they did a good job with what they did show.
