Use iPhone as Bluetooth Transmitter for an external source? - TLB - 02-07-2017 My Google-fu is weak today. At the gym, our treadmills have a line out that allows you to select audio feeds from TVs scattered around the gym. I've destroyed a few earbuds while exercising and being tethered is just a hassle. Is there a way to have the line out feed into my iphone and then have the iphone transmit the sound to my Bluetooth headphones? Is there a simpler solution? Some quick searching indicates that an iPhone won't do that. I am not sure how it is supposed to help the original poster. I think the one posted by Robert M is a transmitter, so that could send audio to a pair of Bluetooth headphones.
