Drinks to survive - Ombligo - 02-17-2017

Design a cocktail to get us through the next few years. It must be drinkable (no sewer sludge). No falling back on already popular drinks like a Mind Eraser.

Maybe we can help one another.

Here's my initial contribution:
Trumptini
3 shots Russian Vodka
1 shot (im)Peach Schnaps
Mint leaf

Trump "You're screwed" driver

More Russian Vodka, as much as you can stand
Orange juice to taste, the more orange, the better

Add a little dash of MadDog, but not too much

Serve in a glass of Siberian ice

Remember, LD - in a pinch, a lick of sugar, a shot of Absolut Citron, a splash of triple sec, and a slice of lemon will do the trick, too.

He He
I was going to do the Lemon Drop recipe, seemed too obvious....

This time of year I go for the Maker's Mark, neat.

It would involve Tequila. Lots of Tequila. Whatever gets over the wall.

How about something with Kahlua in it? I want to be a bit desensitized by alcohol but alert enough to react positively or negatively to events as they unfold.

Perhaps something like Moose Milk with enough nutrition to keep me going as I flee to Canada?

Not a new drink, and there are different recipes for it, but it does seem appropriate...

Swamp Water

Ingredients
3 parts pre-made powdered lime drink
2 parts apricot brandy
1 part lime vodka
Splash sweetened lime juice

Directions
In a large pitcher mix all ingredients together. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
