I just noticed these don't have the movies. "In The Beginning" is a good into to the series for those that haven't seen it. The rest of the movies are...meh.

Good series. Got that on DVD and all the movies as well, though streaming might be easier than popping a dvd in (me and my lazy bones!).
I'm waiting for FarScape to make it to streaming. Now that was a brilliant show. Possibly better than B5. Maybe.

Being a sci-fi fan, that was one of those shows that I *wanted* to like, but I just couldn't get into it. There was only one good episode the first year, I think it was the last one, and it was a good dark episode. So I got the first disc of the second season thinking that maybe they had figured things out. Nope. And what's with those ridiculous puppets?

That's a shame - the first year is entirely setup - it really gets good in season 2-4. Dramatically better. You forget they're muppets it's so good. Please, give it another shot.
FWIW the first season of B5 is largely crap too. Takes awhile for worldbuilding on any good series.

It was a great series, one of the few that I tried to watch every week. Too bad it ended so poorly.
