It's a "pending" transaction.
I haven't made any major purchases lately.
No record of it on iTunes.com.
My monthly charges to Apple should be $25/month.

Figured it out. A relative is on my plan because I wanted them to enjoy Apple Music. They subscribed to Zoosk and it went on my credit card.
