I recommend a new 25 inch Dell Ultrasharp QHD IPS monitor such as the U2515H or one of the newer models - about $300

Depends on warranty and quality. You are paying for all of the extras (and the built-in hub and power) rather than the screen.

Its a beautiful screen. I have a USB version and the Thunderbolt version and would buy a third if I needed another monitor.

Id got 27" over 25", but closer to $400.
If you could get more info on it, like date made, how much use did it get, or see it in person, maybe. But otherwise, pass.

If I was shopping for a 1440p monitor, it would be one of the 32" displays.
