Honey, choosing what to wear during high profile international visits is something you DO. The way not to be scrutinized for your clothes is to wear something normal instead of dressing like you're headed to a Gatsby party.
In Egypt she's channeling Dr. Belloq the French archaeologist from Indiana Jones, not sure why she'd want to invoke the Nazi era. Then the white pith helmet, symbol of white colonialists.
This woman takes white supremacy to an entirely new level. What message was she trying to send? "Hell, sh@thole countries, your superior has deigned to pay you a visit."

1. She's not very smart.
2. She was a model and then she sold herself to enjoy a life of wealth with no responsibility. She's infantile and stuck in a dress-up-doll phase.

It wasn't hand-drawn. It was a printed mass-market jacket. A cheap one.
She sent one of her aides out to find that specific jacket before the trip.
For all the talk about "messages," it comes down to this: Someone told her about the jacket and she thought that it would be fun to wear.
She enjoyed being an agent of chaos.

It's futile to read anything more into her activities. She is too dumb to have any deeper motives.
Trump decided not to marry any more smart women when he discovered that after all of his failures in Atlantic City, Ivana was able to make his casino profitable. His idea for making money: Topless dancers on the gambling tables. Hers: Make the casino more family-friendly, keep it clean and bring in high-quality popular entertainment. As soon as it became clear that she was better at the business than he was, he quickly fired her and dumped her for Marla Maples.
