Or will he wear it all year to cover up his gut? I wonder if he turns loose of it long enough to get it cleaned.

He wants to look more like a dictator. He would wear a black cape but it is still at the laundry.

...nope.....he still has that same red tie........tied especially long that he wears all the time.........
....he doens't seem to be on the cutting edge of fashion......more like he wears the same thing all the time.....he will buy 'expensive' things because that means he is important/rich enough to buy them.......
