Seems like Cheeto might try to put Barr on the Supreme Court if a vacancy came up. He would be assured of a vote if he would.

Since we're in the midst of a presidential election cycle, I'm sure that if there were a SCotUS opening now, Mitch McConnell would insist that we wait until after the election to hold confirmation hearings. You know, so the people can speak.
