quick look @ Edmunds makes me think @ 170K, $6500 is a bit high.

They are generally reliable cars. It's really dependent on condition and maintenance done. Are there any maintenance records available?
I'd aim for the lower end of the range for private party sales in KBB.

While vehicles like that are surviving until 300k miles and beyond, you’ll find that it’s not without significant work. Timing belts. Suspension. Rust. Transmission. Etc...
I advise caution.

I just sold our 2011 Lexus ES 350 with 123k miles on a trade in for $6,400. Carvana offered me $6,800. so I also think that is a bit high.
