Is there a "printable on" gold (colored) metallic "paper"? - Paul F. - 09-13-2019

So, I opened my big mouth at work that I thought there was a gold metallic finish "paper" that could be inkjet or laser printed (I didn't recall which).

Now, after 3 teachers piped up with enthusiasm that they "want that!", and half an hour of Googling, I'm coming up empty.

Did I imagine the whole thing?
Or, am I just failing my roll for searching the inter-webs?

I saw it at Walmart recently. I noted is as something my wife might want for her Kindergarten classroom.

You are not dreaming.

PaperDirect.com has metallic "shimmer paper" that is laser (not inkjet) compatible. Good luck!

Maybe this would work. There did appear to be others, too.

Are these art teachers? then yes, I approve. Art would include music, theater, etc, all activities where decor could improve the experience.

If these are anything but art teachers, then how does this improve the education of the children?

I would imagine the teachers might want to print out little awards or something for the kids.
