It's been said that we spend the first two years of a child's life telling them "yes," and the rest of their lives telling them "no."
This is the failure of law school. They teach how to dissect any argument or question with a rabbit's hole of meaningless explanation, but do not ever compel students to answer simple questions directly, even if allowed to add context later.

I think Congressmen need to form their questions as Yes/No, and anything other than a simple Yes/No will be understood as....
Is there a fundamental right to health care? blah blah blah.

I have to break in here. There have been some good replies, but my post was intended to be much shallower. I thought that this guy was a look-alike of Rachel Dratch's SNL character, Debbie Downer.
