It's 2pm EST and Rick Perry is "still waiting" (his response all week) about whether or not he'll comply with Congress or his department's lawyers for today'a deadline.

He was referring to the top floor of Trump Tower NYC. It induces a condition called "Trump Dementia". In fact, several high ranking Executive Office members clearly exhibit the syndrome.
