“USA soldiers are not in combat or ceasefire zones. We have secured the Oil. Bringing soldiers home!” - SteveG - 10-20-2019

“USA soldiers are not in combat or ceasefire zones. We have secured the Oil. Bringing soldiers home!”
-Trump

...and they can take care of burying all those dead people. They do that a lot. They like it.

full tweet:
Mark Esperanto, Secretary of Defense, “The ceasefire is holding up very nicely. There are some minor skirmishes that have ended quickly. New areas being resettled with the Kurds.” USA soldiers are not in combat or ceasefire zones. We have secured the Oil. Bringing soldiers home!"

He and Stalin would really hit it off. Did Stalin play golf?

Wait...this was all about oil?

Plus it should be noted that the 1400 Syria troops are being moved on as far as Iraq and Trump is currently sending 2000-3000 fresh troops to Saudi Arabia.
That really doesn't qualify as 'coming home' (unless they live in Riyadh and Kirkuk).

Why aren't the Democrats assailing him for this?

I always assume anything we do "7000 miles away" is about oil. With all we do "for oil" you'd think it would be like 50 cents a gallon here.

Easy, because the Democrats know we need a presence in the Middle East or else Russia and Iran will takeover whatever they haven’t already. And Israel will be more at risk.

Apart from the same weird claim that we have "taken control" of the oil in the Middle East...it should be noted that the Secretary of Defense - Trump's SecDef - well, his name is Esper. Esperanto is something entirely different.

Every other day, it seems like there's a new reason to think about the 25th amendment.
