Seems the AG doesn't believe the FBI had enough of a reason back in July 2016 to be concerned with Russian election interference. Perhaps there's some conflict with his assertion the FBI had it in for Trump and so, that's why they ... oh never mind.

(I think this is what happens when they soften down or otherwise tweak a headline at the file level and it takes a while ? for it to propagate back to wherever it's linked to such as the home page.)
