Not to be smart, buy does her work allow portable heaters? Many don't due to insurance issues/fire risk.

Space heaters basically put out the same amount of heat.

1500 watts = 15 100 watt light bulbs. I find that to be the most important metric. $$$

....a noted above.....most work placed do not allow portable heaters, as mentioned above for fire hazards......that doesn't stop people from having them but in all the work buildings, they have noted that they are not allowed......same goes for portable ovens.....they are hazards because people can leave them on.........

....toasters are allowed because because they have timers where they will turn off.....while the portable ovens/toasters can be left on.......

One place I worked had a ban on personal heaters but people used them anyway.

Make sure the outlet/circuit isn't overloaded. If the person in the neighboring cubicle also has a heater, that might be two 1500 W heaters on one 2400 Watt circuit.

Dress for warmth, not style?

I noted this because I know of a company that went after an employee financially for the damage caused when their space heater was left on and caused a serious fire in their building.
