Okay, that’s the cynical take. Beyond ‘We all “know” how these things work’, what informs it?
Are there some indisputable, concrete reasons Harris would never endorse Biden? Is she so completely unqualified that the only way she would end up in the administration is if she curries favor now? Is she somehow indebted to Biden?
I’m open to being convinced. Make the case.

I think it's because she really slagged him at the debate, and it's him seeking her out, not the other way round.

I had the same thought, which of the billionaires that came out of the woodwork managed to soothe Harris' issue with Biden on busing.

If Biden/Harris is so in cahoots with the Billionaires, why are they so broke? Going into Super Tuesday, Bernie had 6 times as much money as Biden. He couldn't even open offices in most states and only one office in California. These have to be the stingiest Billionaires in history.
Make it make sense.
