His appearance was like he just got out of bed and no specifics. He also said 1 million virus tests are out there and many thousands on the way.

There's going to be blame all around regarding Life Care Kirkland, but the number one problem is their management. Emails and texts have been leaked that show the director repeating Trump rhetoric, that this looming threat was was just media created hysteria.

Kirkland is a city Northeast of Seattle, that is where the Life Care facility is located (and also the name one of Costco's house brands).
