The FDA has allowed companies to market C-19 antibody tests without FDA review. They only need claim they’ve been internally tested. The label (would you ever see the label??) must indicate it wasn’t tested by the FDA.
There’s some 90 of these out there.

I'm thinking that if having a piece of paper that says you tested positive for the antibody will allow you to do things that people without it can't do, then I think there will be a market for getting those papers that will be similar to obtaining paper work for an emotional support animal.

There are no FDA approved Covid-19 antibody tests.

There's a doctor talking about this on MSNBC right now. She's basically saying that it takes years to perfect these tests, we're not going to be able to demand the perfect antibody test if we want it sooner than that. We also don't know how long immunity lasts, even if you do have antibodies.
She's touting the RNA tests as our best option in the short term, they can give the most accurate picture of active presence of virus.
