I think it is Citizens United. Billionaires and corporations (cough*health*insurance*cough) looking at a once in a century opportunity to pack the court.
Be afraid. COVID-19 will become a pre-existing condition to refuse health care coverage. Everybody who has tested positive is in a national health database.

Yep, corporate interests, the wealthy. Power and money. It’s also about suckering voters into supporting Republicans to keep them in power to maintain the power.
