Jamie Raskin (D-MD) has requested that Orange Crushed testify under oath "either before or during" his trial in the Senate.

Of course, we know he won't.

Heh, they would just ask him a bunch of "gotcha" questions like, "Where were you and what were you doing and saying during the time frame of the crowd breaking through the barriers to the Capital building to when you called for the people you said you love to go home?

They don't need to. The witness in question is not required to comply with the request.

'Request' has been rejected, if he testifies it's from a formal subpoena.
