Tried this 'wok' and returned it. Flat bottom, too shallow, and cast iron
takes too long to heat up for stir fry, etc.
Nice carbon steel wok seasoned with peanut oil is the way to go.

IMHO, you need to have a gas stove to derive full benefits from a wok.
