Natch, thanks for this forum and the way it is run but also thanks for the way you run OWC. It is nice to email a company and get a quick response! and a personal one at that. I always feel I'm getting personal attention even on small things.

Good folks. Met Larry briefly and some of the OWC folks at MacWorld over a couple years. The right stuff. The iPod battery replacement demonstration bordered on illusion. What would you expect from a Chicago Area company?

I recently had two [really minor] support issues with OWC, and both were resolved above-and-beyond the call of duty. I continue to shop here first and to recommend them to my supported circle of switchers.

Briefly I thought sam meant "sponsor" like in a 12 step program, but in that case I would call him an enabler.
