Have you seen the image of the Human Centipede with FAUX Nooz as the head, Cheeto in the middle, and FAUX Nooz as the tail? Just do an image search (no, really, don't do it) on ["human centipede" fox news claims official white house source].
An alternate would be a circular arrangement of OAN-Cheeto-MAGAts-Q/reich_anon, with the ability to force feed more poop in at any junction.
