Local Democratic Party apparatuses. Local Clubs --> County Democratic Party -- > State Democratic Party.
You should still express your concerns to your elected officials though. They're "supposed" to serve you as well.

I have contacted at least three different Republican politicians on separate occasions, mostly to voice my opinion about some of the things that have happened especially in the last 1-2 years (prior to the 2020 election).
Especially I have done so if it was a matter that should have transcended party ... for example, the votes on Dump, voter rights, etc.

(Edit: that letter from Sen. Cassidy is really worth a re-read, especially considering the things that have happened in the time since it was written. I really have to give him credit, even though I disagree completely with his politics. He's also shown that he's willing to cross party lines to get stuff done; including the recent infrastructure deal with Biden, I noticed that he was one of the Republicans standing together with Biden at the press conference where it was announced.)

I'd write to Feinstein but she's still responding to constituent letters from 2010.

Nah! I'm usually saddled with the only GQP on the Council from someplace like Porter Ranch or Granada Hills. Hard to keep track of those Council fellas what with their revolving jailhouse door - with a little luck the county sheriff will be the next indictee!

Yep. A guy named John Lee. Registered Independent but formerly a Republican. I've never heard of him. I knew they were making a mistake electing Alex Villanueva. He was basically a guy with a grudge. Former Sheriff James McDonnell may have been a bit slow and boring, but he was the right kind of moderator needed after the Lee Baca drawn out adventure. That was a mess.
