Pretty much any mask with a decent metal nose bridge that you custom mould to your nose shape will not fog your glasses. Just spend an extra minute contouring the nose bridge and there should be no problem at all. It's mostly up to you, not the mask.

Place a tissue folded over the top of the mask, under the glasses.

The n95 by 3M sold at Home Depot, 9205(?)
Has a foam nose pad and steel piece. I reuse them for weeks or months, but I don't use it every day.

Agree strongly re 3M n95. Also, try using a strip of medical tape to tape down the mask at your nose, or even a bandaid.

I tried using one of the permanent defogging wipes and didn't find that they worked well. The disposable ones work great for us and also nicely clean the glasses at the same time. We've had to use these once a day and it's been fine for the day.

Metal strip or not, I cannot stop my glasses from fogging unless I pull them down far enough to overlap the top of the mask. So I get the "old man" look.

I remain quite pleased with the Kimberly Clark N95 “ pouch” ( or duck) masks. Very little to no fogging of glasses and easy breathing with their broad surface area. Under a buck per mask these days.
