For starters, why are the injuries shown before the alleged assault? And what’s with the bit where there’s the weird voiceover? The brief bit at the end, that actually shows Tyson punching someone, it’s less than clear, but it looks to me like, based on everyone’s position, that it’s a person other than the guy shown earlier with the cuts on the side of his head?
The tone of the video overall seems rather sketchy.
It sounds like there could be details that might color the final picture.

“… possibly captured the incident…”? I can’t be certain, but I can’t recall language like that being used in other incidents. Do authorities have some doubts?
