A paper towel moment - samintx - 09-21-2022 The Puerto Rico hurricane keeps bringing images of Orange Jesus throwing paper towels when he was prez. It was his overall refusal to help Puerto Rico in the way that it needed and his reported racism that was at issue. He thought he could sell his brand of racism and intolerance on a national stage, a skill he'd honed during his NYC developer days. He was correct in that belief. Nothing shallow or thoughtless about it. |
