oh, and it is a Reuters photo gallery, that is a completely different news organization than the Associated Press.

it didn't occur to me before, but they were very lucky that scaffolding held - it probably wasn't designed to hold 100 humans.

And you can bet, had it collapsed, that there would be any number of the injured or the deceased survivors suing the Federal Government for not properly securing the scaffolding...
