With reference to the most recent variants, which are apparently giving quite different symptoms, including headache and stomach upset/diarrhea:

So the latest is an Omicron variant - that is what I caught for my COVID experience, had ALL of the top 6 symptoms as I recall.
Still, the main first symptom is a headache.
My son caught COVID in Dec 2023, he says it was like a bad cold for him. It's great to still be in your 20s!

I think thats the experience for most people who've been through multiple rounds of exposure either by vax or infection.

I had it October 2023. Felt like a mild cold. Lots of friends around me are catching covid in the last month. Most are mild; a few like a bad cold. no hospitalizations though and my circle is age 60+ who vax to the max and are cautious about masking.

No headache, but it was a pretty bad cold for me.
Even after 3 'jabs' (all Pfizer) as the British would say.
Since then I've had another booster plus this year's flu vaccine.

COVID caught up with me while I was serving time in a rehab facility. Less than 2 days with a mild throat tickle and cough. The10 day quarantine was more of a pain than the virus.
