brand of coffee advertised on US television in the early '90s? - Todd's keyboard - 02-20-2007

Clearly I have too much time on my hands.

In the early nineties there was a series of television ads (in the US) that featured a romantic, sexy couple. The ads showed them first meeting, and then becoming involved with each other.

I ended up moving to Europe, and never saw the final ads in the series. Did the couple finally get married? Are their kids drinking coffee today?

Suspect these ads have been uploaded to youtube.com, just don't remember the brand.

thanks, Todd's curious keyboard

According to an article at voodoopenguin's link, they never filmed a conclusion to the saga.

As said before, Tasters Choice, was even parodied in the sitcom "Coach".

The guy in those ads wound up playing Giles on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Even more useless trivia. Big Grin

Yes, Voodoo, I finally saw that one. Nasty, very nasty. Loved the little robotic dog though. That was the one with the robotic dog, wasn't it?

I want him to do the spin-off "Ripper" with Spike. They are both willing if they do it very soon.
