You don’t have to short-sell. You can also get an options account, and buy “puts” (I bought one such option today) that essentially bet that the price will go down.
Twitter has been in the tank ever since Elon took over, and they have waaaaaay more members than Truth Social.

It appears DJT (the one affiliated with Trump) has been hovering around $70 all day, then crashed to $58 at close, then went up to $61 after hours. So, not doing well?
