Florida Supreme Court goes against DeSantis on abortion* and recreational pot - Ombligo - 04-01-2024
The Florida Supreme Court will let voters decide if they want to legalize recreational marijuana and abortions up until viability. Both issues were opposed by the DeSantis administration. It is worth noting that DeSantis appointed seven of the nine justices
*The court did allow a ban on abortions after six weeks to go into effect unless the voters overturn it in November.
The two issues could draw numerous young voters to the polls, which may also help Biden.

It won’t help Biden because Florida has become crazyland but it may help in down ballot races.
