NEW YORK, April 3 (Reuters) - Two men pleaded guilty on Wednesday to insider trading in securities in the company that ultimately took former U.S. President Donald Trump's media business public.
Michael Shvartsman, 53, head of Miami-based venture capital firm Rocket One Capital, and his brother Gerald Shvartsman, 46, each pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud before U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman in Manhattan

There’s way more on the Shvartzmans, that The Guardian is reporting. It involves shady Russians, offshore banks best known for financing the porn industry, money laundering and of course, Trump and Truth Social.
The Guardian mentions they have been legally threatened by Trump Media over their story, which (to me) seems to confirm there’s something here.
The sleaze is strong with this one.

I mean, it could be argued that Trump sues anybody that says something negative about him whether it is true or not. But since 99.999% of what Trump says is false and his actions are so outrageous, him suing is tantamount to confirmation the story is true.
