I have read about this but want to hear from someone who has actually done it.

I've done it. Basically iSync syncs your iCal with Entourage, then syncs the RAZR with iCal. Works well enough, except items which are set for notification in Entourage now give me two notifications (one from Entourage, one from iCal).
