There's no way to filter out apps that want more money after installation. The descriptions are terrible and often completely misleading. I honestly don't know how Apple gets away with it. If I need an app I will google "iPhone app I'm looking for -subscription". That's a more honest result. Often I can find a top five or top ten list with at least some description.
