Re: Supreme Court allows Pennsylvania to count contested provisional ballots - gabester - 11-02-2024 It was for the primary; I don't trust it - this ruling is for 2 ballots in the primary; if PA comes down to a couple hundred / few thousand provisional ballots cast this way in the general election, I could see them tossing them to help PAB45 win it all. Somehow, Pennsylvania has some magic sauce in how it handles elections that SCOTUS has declined to override the PA state supreme court on several election issues. I suspect that at least four of the Justices want to embrace this in some form but a couple of the other Republican Justices are not completely convinced yet. But maybe they are in agreement and putting it off for some strategic political reason. |
