Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - JPK - 04-21-2025 Everytime i grab an open window, to move around or change the size, it automatically maximizes. It is driving me crazy and I don't know where to turn off this new "option'. Anybody? JPK Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - Forrest - 04-21-2025 I’ve noticed this same irritating behavior. Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - JPK - 04-21-2025 Sorry Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - Rick-o - 04-21-2025 ^^^^ Looks like you're in the wrong thread. :dunno: Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - jardster - 04-21-2025 Hated it. Turned it off. I think.... Settings > Desktop and Dock > Windows > Drag Windows to screen edges to tile AND drag windows to menu bar to fill screen. Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - RAMd®d - 04-21-2025 I'm still at Sonoma, but hate when accidentally clicking in the title bar of a window, it expands vertically or horizontally, and one false click after that, it can't easily be returned to its former state. This probably goes back farther than Sonoma. Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - raz - 04-21-2025 oh ... that's what/where that was happening. killed. thanks Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - Tiangou - 04-21-2025 Drag the window to the top of the screen and it maximizes. Drag it up again immediately and it goes back to the original size. Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - JPK - 04-22-2025 Thank you! Re: Since upgrading to Sequoia..............window maximization - Ombligo - 04-22-2025 I miss the windowshade feature from OS9. Collapsing a window to the dock works, but I found windowshade to be handier when bouncing between windows. |
