Annoying behavior by Numbers - Wags - 05-03-2025 I keep spreadsheets for monthly income, etc, and I've simply named them for the month and year, ie. April 2025. Then I put them on the desktop under the Spreadsheets stack where I can click them open after each shift and enter my daily data. Now, apparently out of the blue and certainly not at my request, it has started adding a .numbers tag to the name. Why? I don't want that. It's annoying. Never did that before. I erase it and it comes back. Stop it, Numbers, just stop it. Re: Annoying behavior by Numbers - Tiangou - 05-03-2025 Finder > Settings... > Advanced > Show all filename extensions Un-check.
