davemchine still cannot log in - special - 07-01-2025

"I tried the password reset this morning and it once again told me that my email was invalid."

LOL I still can't log in with my original one either. I just tried again and thought it worked, but instead I had changed the password on my new account. Then I locked myself out with too many tries... I am officially giving up on the old account.
The only thing I was missing from my old files was the floppy accident GIF which still makes me laugh. But I found it on an old backup drive. Here's the GIF:

As of this morning I still can't get past the permissions screen. It will log in but stop there. I have reset password, cleared cache, deleted cookies and have emailed and PM'd Troy multiple times. I am think I will just stay with the new user name. Hope others have better luck.

Do you have Display videos in posts checked in User Control Panel > Edit Options > Thread View Options?
I don't know that it applies to JIFs, but you might check.
If it doesn't then nevermind.

I can't get into my old one either. My login is accepted, but then I get the screen that tells me I can't have access.
