I've sold most of my AAPL, but only because I don't see a great deal of growth in the foreseeable future. Does that mean Apple is doomed? hardly. Apple is a strong company and will be for years to come. It wouldn't be there if not for Tim Cook. Jobs hit a grand slam home run when he picked Cook to take over. Cook has already hinted at retiring from his CEO in a few years and is likely to become the chair of the board before then. Those calling for the board to replace him are simply trying to get their names noticed by making noise.
