last.fm question for last.fm users... - jdc - 04-25-2007

ok, downloaded and listening to some stuff, but it seems to be playing random songs, rather than hits.

so it plays several U2 songs i have never heard of, but none of their 40+ hits -- is that right?

is there a way to play a specific artist only?

ok, so i open this window, and i want to play the whole album, and it says "play this album in the lastfm software" so i click it...nothing, or it changes the track on the player to something random...

how do i get it to play the album?

FWIW, I can't even get it to play the songs randomly... let alone what you're asking.

well i think i just figured out that of that list of songs, they only have the one with the blue arrow available -- none of the rest

not sure how it has 3400 listeners?

last.fm looks like a great idea, im just having a problem with its implementation...

FWIW, AOL radio is still better

listening to 80s alternative and just heard:

bauhuas (9 minute long version), rem, duran, b movie (live), cure, echo, etc

Nothing will beat a good DJ, which is why I LOVE RadioParadise. The beauty of sites like Last.FM and Pandora is that it allows you to hear things that you'd never otherwise hear.
