Think I can just use a hemastat and reach in there and pull them out?
Or do I have to pull the unit out of the dash, and take apart to get the cd's out?

In a single-CD player, I might try using a metal ruler to escort one of the CD's out while I pressed the eject button and if that didn't work then I'd remove the player to see what I could do with it out on my workbench.

I have used a hemastat and reached in there and pulled them out? Ruined the Marcy Grey CD. The other came out on its own. Player still going strong.
