Better is a relative term.
It all depends if Kathy Griffin is your ideal woman.
For me. No.
She is a fine comedienne. She was good on Suddenly Susan but in my opinion; plastic surgery did not help.
In other words; I would drive a Prius the opposite direction of her at 105 mph.
