Photoshop: why suddenly the background is black - tuqqer - 09-26-2007
This one has me baffled. Suddenly the outside background of an image in Photoshop (v10) is black, instead of the white I'm used to. Like this:
In the image above, the picture is only what you see in white. The black as nothing to do with it, it's just the background. This is appearing in all images, even after restarting.
I'm in Standard Screen Mode. And Background Contents is selected as White.
I've searched all around for a pref that I may have triggered accidentally, but can't find anything. Any clues?

Show us the whole screen with all of the pallets that you have open, maybe some one can get a clue from that...

you can change that color by control clicking on it.

I don't think control clicking will help in your case.

Try the "F" key.
